Mami Louise Milano is an independent creative studio where cake art, food, design and events come together. Every creation is conceived and crafted to measure.
Founded in Milan in 2013, the project has grown into a point of reference for weddings, private clients and Italian and international maisons, without ever losing its artisanal soul.
The vision
Today Mami Louise is led by Fabiana Bagnuoli, Owner & General Manager.
Years spent across events, communication, fashion and luxury have taught her that elegance lives in restraint, and that true luxury is what cannot be replicated. This is the vision she brings to every project: shaping unique creations, built around the people who imagine them.
The method
We never start from a catalogue.
We start from a person, a brand, a story. From a colour that brings someone to mind, a place that made you fall in love, a memory that deserves to be celebrated. Sometimes, simply from an emotion.
That is where everything begins.
Every project is a constant dialogue between aesthetics and technique, research and craft. In our Milan laboratory, ideas, ingredients and materials come to life thanks to a multidisciplinary team united by the same passion and by teamwork that takes no shortcuts.
